Dear Iowa Jurisdiction,

This year marks 3 + years I've spent as your  leader, and was consecrated as the Jurisdictional Bishop of the great State of Iowa. I praise God for the support of the leadership of this fine church, Superintendents, Pastors , Elders, Ministers, Missionaries, and last but certainly not least, the laity who compromise 80% of,all!churches

Special deference is accorded to my loving wife, Mother Barbra Johnson as the First Lady of the Iowa Jurisdiction, we are in this together.

I've been spending a lot of time lately thinking about my past few years. Many challenges and many successes we have had together. I am encouraged to know that, my vision has been revealed to the constituents in the jurisdiction and while it appears to be slowly coming to manifestation it is being unfolded.

My prayer,from the beginning was to expand the jurisdiction and this is a reality. I also have a great desire for our jurisdiction to be fiscally in shape, and we are headed in that direction as well. As we grow more and more will be unveiled, and we can celebrate in our accomplishments.

Our Technical/ Media committee will keep,us all informed of the events that happen in our Jurisdiction as well as those items that are pertinent to our support around the country.

I will,encourage you all to catch the vision, and participate with a earnest heart, and we will all be successful together and God above all will get the glory, for the wonderful things he has done.

Today I am simply writing to say thank you. You are such an amazing Jurisdiction, and it has been such a blessing to be your leader.  I am continually blown away by your compassion generosity and willingness to serve. I can only hope that I have inspired all of you as much as you have inspired me.
Thank you so much for all that you do. You make this great place possible.
