1. Purpose and Commitment

The Iowa COGIC News App is committed to protecting children and minors from all forms of sexual abuse, exploitation, and harm. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and platform safety laws and regulations.

2. Definition of CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or audio

• Grooming behaviors toward minors

• Sexual solicitation of minors

• Human trafficking involving minors

• Any activity that violates the U.S. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Act or related laws

A minor is defined as any person under the age of 18.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited within the Iowa COGIC News App:
